This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-In: 16:00

Check-Out: 11:00

Property and Cancelation Policies :

The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 1 day before the arrival date. The client will have to pay the total price if he cancels the day before the arrival date or no-show. If the client leaves the accommodation during their stay for reasons not attributable to the property, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Terms and Conditions

Check in from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. After this time we cannot receive you.

Check out from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Minimum age for check-in: 18 years old.

Smoking is not allowed inside any closed area of ​​the Finca.

Noiseless time: Customers should minimize noise from 11:00 p.m. at 7:00 a.m.

Refundable security deposit for keys: 5,00€.

Parking: There is free private parking on the property. No need to book.

Pets: Pets are only allowed in double rooms at an additional cost, 25€ pet pet.

Day visitors pay 10,00€ and we must be informed.

No group is allowed to do parties in areas of the Finca, including the Jaima. This can bother other customers and may immediately end your stay with us.

The parties on the Finca are made with prior notice and with the full or partial rental of the Finca.

In summer it is forbidden by the municipality of Tejeda to make barbecues at the Finca due to fire risks.

Reception and telephone hours: daily from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Meal times and prices:

Breakfast: from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Price 6,00€ per person.

It is recommended to ask for it during check-in.

We offer coffee, bread, jam, cheese, egg and fruit salad or porridge.

Dinner: from 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Price 12,00€ per person.

Deadline to order service: 6:30 p.m.

Dinner varies according to the day. It includes a starter, main course and dessert.
